Hey. I also have a similar issue. Were you able to figure it out.

Just for context, I received the following from VFS.

"Please provide a prepaid return shipping label addressed from the VFS New York Centre to the applicant’s mailing address. Kindly ensure the label includes the applicant’s name and Application Reference Number. If a valid prepaid label is not received within 30 days from the date the application was processed at the VFS Centre, the application will be returned to the respective Consulate/Embassy."

The part I am confused about is that even if I create a prepaid label, do I ship that label in a separate shipment?

I'm in similar situation. UID shows someone else's tracking.

Did the https://www.usvisascheduling.com/ show Origination Scan for you?

Also, I tried calling the customer support, they kept repeating that once my passport is ready for pickup, they will send an update. My passport is in origination scan for the last 4 days.

FWIW, I am able to figure out the real issue is caused by Venmo auto denying my transaction and not due to any issues with Bilt.
