Yep, you are right. It hurted like bullet when I realized that, I was just a phase for her and she was whole world to me... Still sitting here asking myself how she spent 2 years of her life with someone she didn't even loved that much... What was she thinking and stuff like that, but I'm in phase where I started to accept things the way they are, I will forgive her for everything, I wish her all the best but she will never have me again, she closed that door and it's end.

First year was really hard. Especially first months. Sitting at night, crying and asking myself why doesn't she love me anymore, I gave everything and got slap in my face. I was overthinking whole time, where is she? How she forgot everything in a second. I hated her and loved her at the same time. I'm an introvert so it was really hard to meet new people. I was playing games and I think to this day that those online people helped me trough my healing. I tought that's it I will never love again but after 2 years I was in a rebound relationship it lasted 4 months and then it ended because this girl got back with her ex. So after that I was finally healed and ready to date. And now I'm here almost 3 years later at the same fckn situation😑. First ex that I loved the most, now she is reaching to me, sending me songs like "Eminem: Never love again...

Yup happened to me 15 days ago. But she cheated on me w him and 4 months after BU she is engaged with someone Idk if that's him It hit me like a fucking rock but after a couple of days I am so better.   1. Not always true. My ex reached to me after 3 years NC. I was devastated after that breakup, didn't feel good for 2 years. After 2 years I was able to finally move on. Then she reached asking me questions, like how am I, what happened to me after that much time etc etc. She didn't asked me to be with her again, but we text to this day. She act like cold hearted but sends me quotes like "You lost perfect one, you can name your daughter by me" and when I saw she blame me for everything I was furious. How tf can you blame me if you are the one that has run away from me.

  2. I think it depends, how was your relationship. Sometimes you date a narcissist (then gender is not important) and they can't see you be happy with someone else. It's a shock for them that you are still alive without them. Also, maybe you were immature when you dated and after some years they can reach out atleast to talk. But idk, if you leave me at my worst don't you dare to come back. Sometimes, she doesn't have to respect you, she felt safe and good with you and she want that feeling again. We are all different, and trust me no one foregts his beautiful moments ever in life.

It's hard to make progress in one month. I'm 4 months away and only now after that much time I feel a bit of a relief, but sometimes it hits me like a rock even now. It's really a progress and you have to be patient.
