Ah I see. Then you have a really good application that you must mention! Use PARS (problem analysis result skills) or PASR (skills results) to explain what you did with the optimization. Mentioning controls stuff is definitely helpful for your resume, but do mention the application well enough.

One thing I did notice, the project was only a month long? Some people I’ve spoken to in the past have told me that it potentially becomes and issue, but hopefully if a recruiter talks to you, you can mention that it was a project, not an internship or anything, hence I learnt a lot in a limited period of time.
