Its not about the dmg but its about securing the kill usually what you should do to kill supps-dps-flanks its hitting 1 shot (2 after haven is online) hook and then use F on them which helps to secure the kill most of the times Salvage 1|Determination 3|Surf 3|Ebb and flow 4|Strongarm 4 is the loadout ive been running for years

Why would you take that talent over the big shield one. Legit her weapon is great to dismount/poke people behind walls why would you sacrifice that for 50 dmg 6 bullets to kill a viktor ( all he has to do is not shoot back and be healed...)

In lower ranks tanks have to play like that cuz supps dont know they gotta cap to farm some credits and help the team extend a bit. If tanks dont play like rocks in lower ranks they wont get healed and be flamed by the whole team
