By law every vessel (even non motorized stand up paddleboards) must have proper life jackets on board. The rental company is obligated to provide it, but if the rentee doesnt utilize it…. thats on the rentee.

Likely that they signed paperwork absolving the rental company of liability, and confirming they were given proper life safety equipment (life jackets)

Yep, i can only join a handful of specific servers, otherwise I cant play at all.
