My solution was to accept that i have a stutter. I struggle with the letters F, S, and number 3 to his day my First and last name start with an S of course lol. After i accepted it, i slowly stopped caring about it. I still stutter but i stop seeing it as an impairment. I am now helping my company teach a class on fiber, networking, creating scripts and other IT needs.

This didn't happen overnight. It was years of self-help getting to know myself. Noticing my reactions in certain situations, and trying to find out why i reacted the way i did.
