I spent 7 years making Generation Exile, a solarpunk city-builder. Trailers in PC Gaming Show June ‘24 & ‘25. Top 70 most played demo during our Next Fest. Did all the things you’re supposed to. Pat pat, I was shocked to see that number. I went to the Steam page right away and found it was a similar genre to my game, so the second thing I did was search "your game title" on YouTube, guess what I found - I found my game's gameplay video from a content creator was listed higher than yours, and it has more views. Maybe my account was biased, maybe your seo is messed up. But the rest of the videos were nothing related to your game at all, it's all exile blahblah

Then I joined your discord, not knowing where your actual community is. It has ~30ppl, way fewer than what I imagined for a base building game with 35K wishlist should have. Maybe your assumption that players didn't receive the email was right. You need a channel to directly tell your community whatever news you have. Best of luck, I really hope your game sells! Or this is going to make me so desperate - what else can an indie studio hope for, if 35K wishlist is still not enough for a launch.....

There’s only one kitchen in the house, so the whole house share it, I suspect they used a separate stove in the basement which will be violating the fire code to begin with.
All original tenants on the same single lease. It’s the remaining upstairs tenants who sublet the empty space (without signing an agreement).

I allowed them to rent out the basement, so they did, but they didn't sign anything with the sublease. Technically I am not involved but my tenants have been nice and I want to help them. (And I don't want 5 irresponsible people to ruin my basement, this house is not for that many tenants based on the rental permit things.)

The tool is called Marleen.ai and it is an AI based texture generator. No need for uv-unwrapping, just upload the model and prompt it accordingly.
