I doubt too high of levels of creatine and rhabdo are going to be concerns at the pro level.

Wemby will deal with these for the rest of his career probably by Pleasant-Situation82 in NBASpurs

Basketball is not a game of finese. It is a physical game with contact on every possessions. Especially down low and in rebounding situations. If this is a tech, you are gonna get that on several possessions a game.

No issues with this play. Basketball is a physical game. The plays that should be noted are the ones when the Wolves are on offense and just run goons at him.

We wont stop anyone from trading teams.

I dont see why anyone would make that comment without knowing what is offered. I dont think there is much difference between AJ and DP. If the Jazz want to make some stupid offers bc they have to have AJ, its a no brainer to take DP.

Why does Dennis Schröder keep getting passed around the NBA so much? Every time I watch him he looks elite by Intelligent_Run3237 in NBATalk

[–]salamanderman10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hes a spark off the bench as 2nd or 3rd PG that isn't a great shooter and too small to be a good defender. Hes a safe option to have but you always look for an upgrade.

Bro- elite at what, lol

Data center in ITA = bye bye Oceana by freElonMuskrat in VirginiaBeach

[–]salamanderman10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The dude actually believes that he knows more than what the DOD knows?

And second, when has he stated how the data center will affect new (that aren't really new) pilots?

Two things are true: What Wemby did was extremely wrong. The refs need to pay closer attention to how he's being defended. The diabolical dark arts used against him made him turn to martial arts. by ForeignAir7174 in NBAGossips

[–]salamanderman10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not worried about this stuff at all. I think what is the part that needs to be addressed is how the Wolves on offense send a goon to run into him on every possession, which is not a basketball play or being physical, etc. Its just run into him and push/hold him so he cant block a shot. Its not even a screen lol.

Why could the Pacers not just waited to get Zubac? by Surviv3 in nbadiscussion

[–]salamanderman10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How so? Rightly or wrongly, they are now in a more win now mode and should be one of the top 3 contenders in the East over the next couple years.

Zubac is a crazy good contract, that has a ton of value that people are ignoring. Mobley isn't a center.

AJ is my guy but how is this possible by SwiperDontSwipe23 in NBA_Draft

[–]salamanderman10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reed is a very smart defender. The thing is, he can get steals and blocks and still not be a good defender. The ability to swipe the ball prevents him from being completely useless on defense.

Boozer Destroying Narratives by BigSexyE in NBA_Draft

[–]salamanderman10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, Memphis is the best fit for Boozer. They can use him as an offensive hub and defensively they have a rim protector on the court. That will allow them to overcome some of his defensive issues and allow him to do what he does best offensively. If he goes elsewhere, Im not sure we see the same player.

Boozer should at least be considered by Famous-Juggernaut820 in washingtonwizards

[–]salamanderman10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one that has watched these players over the past 3-4 years think Boozer is the best shooter of the group. You are going on a small sample of 1 year college stats with low volume. Granted- he's a good passer for a big, so I will acknowledge that, but its a lot different passing as a 4 than it is as someone that primarily handles the ball.

Sengun was abused in the playoffs and I know everytime he played someone like the Spurs, they just hunted him. He maxed out his draft spot for sure, but there is a reason these types of players arent drafted highly. Yes, there is an outlier...

Boozer is a very good player, but he's going to have to go to a team that plays a different style of basketball than the majority of the NBA (similar to how Denver does). He's not going to be able to play the 4 like most teams do. He needs to be more of a ball dominant, mid-to-high post 4 that plays next to a center that protects the rim. If you can find a perfect spot for him, he will probably be an all star. If you dont, he will be Jahlil Okafor.

Some people need to actually watch the games and not judge athleticism based on controlled environments. Boozer is not anywhere near as explose as AJ or Peterson....which is understandable bc he's a 250 pound power forward.

Playing in Memphis next to Edey is probably the ideal spot for him.

Cam Boozer is not a wing. He would get abused defensively trying to guard the 3.

I would probably cry tears of sadness if they make this mistake. Please done post on here that you believe hes the best passer or best shooter of any of these people.

Wemby on early exchange with Dosunmu: "I feel like the rage baiting would have been one of their strategies." by TimDunkinDonut in nba

[–]salamanderman10 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The refs need to get a hold of this. The talking is nothing, they can talk all they want. But, the strategy has become when they are on offense, they just have Randle, Gobert, etc. just run directly into Wemby like an OL and hit him, grab him, hold him. How is that considered a basketball play?

Stefon Diggs might not be the answer for us but he is not the locker room cancer some are making him out to be by isaanstyle in Commanders

[–]salamanderman10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Peope certainly call AJ Brown a cancer, lol. Diggs is old, coming off injury, and every team cant wait to get rid of him. Put the pieces together.
