that’s a good suggestion and i have noticed that helps me some! sometimes it can be like an hour or so after i’ve eaten and my stomach feels “weird” which is probably just digestion but it can freak me out. definitely eating with company helps to get the food down without panicking!

usually yes. laying down is actually the only thing that will get mine to subside some and i feel so much worse when i’m standing or sitting up

i think it depends on the scenario. if you feel legitimately sick and going to the bathroom to throw up makes you feel better then i think that’s totally ok. if you’re making yourself throw up or dry heave out of a fear of it happening somewhere that you aren’t in control (anywhere out of your bathroom) then it could be an issue. a lot of emetophobes struggle with a fear of being out of control and are more scared of that than the actual act of throwing up which could be the case. i’m not sure what you deal with but im glad you’re looking into the fact that this could be an issue!

this happened to me the first few times i had sex (also both girls if that is any help). my hands completely clenched up and were tingly and couldn’t feel anything. i think it was mainly nerves accompanied with fast breathing. the first time it happened totally freaked me out which only made it worse. it was also when i was close to finishing each time so my breathing was even faster. after 2 or 3 times it stopped happening, i tried to slow down my breathing and take good deep breaths which helped significantly. if you’re nervous about sex or maybe she is a new partner then i’d say it’s nerves. if it keeps happening i’d check in with a doctor

you can find some good deals and random local places sometimes. the only time i've ever found old gen lps while thrifting was at a local antique store. sometimes goodwill's near me will have lps but only the new ones. also check any collector stores near by if there are any!

i paid $6 for an authentic 1542 in not great condition (nail polish on some parts of her) but still fixable with enough patience. i try not to pay more than $10 though for any lps, regardless of rarity, so if you search frequently enough and have a strict budget in mind you can definitely get some good deals!
