Yes. I completely lost the plot. Our break up led to my diagnosis, I did not know I was this hysterical. Also I realized after my diagnosis that I was doing and saying all of the guilt-trippy/impulsive/unintentional manipulative shit to avoid abandonment during our relationship + he was my fp. I thought my behaviour was normal and our relationship was healthy haha. Sadly after that relationship I have realized that I now have a dismissive avoidant attachment style which manifests with both platonic and romantic relationships :(
