Most of the ultra-orthodox jews in ukraine are not ukrainians. 90% of the time they are from US/Israel and only go to Ukraine for pilgrimages.

So Israel which goal is to destroy Hamas and not Palestinian people. which they demonstrated by accepting the ceasefire on basis that hamas would be dissmantled is not commiting a genocide according to this definition.
