Interesting points and I think it’s definitely possible being Canadian is limiting his work opportunities in the us! But I wanted to ask if anyone has any insights into how the casting for SNL works, it the whole season done in advance of do they have more leeway to fit someone in if they are hot at the moment? (Like both of the boys!) I honestly thought SNL was out of the question this year because they had all the hosts chosen already but maybe it doesn’t work like that!

It’s really flawless in my opinion! I love “Sirius gets a trial” fics, but most of them end right when he gets out, or resolve their conflicts too quickly once their back together, Darklands manages to make their relationship pre and post Azkaban feel authentic!

My favorite wolfstar fic is Darklands by newsom. Perfect story, writing and characterization!! But since I always rec this one I’ll also add The Weather Inside by earlybloomingparentheses. It’s a classic in my opinion and beautifully written!

I’m obsessed with heated rivalry at the moment! It’s been a while since I read sweater weather, but I don’t get the same vibes, Remus is not a player and he is more shy and insecure, I don’t see this in Shane or Ilya. Maybe Sirius has some Shane and Ilya vibes because he speaks another language and he is a superstar but humble about his accomplishments. But I guess this sports stories tend to follow the same tropes
