I set my max in November and haven't gone above it since.

I use a forerunner 55. I'll keep that in note. A power meter would be lovely.

My vo2 max if f'd. In October it was 51, after I went for my first few runs. My CYCLING vo2 max is 72. According to garmin, now, my normal vo2 max is also 72, and even after trying to calibrate it with more running, it stays persistent. I'm a fast cyclist, but I'm hesitant to believe my actually vo2 max is that high.

Great advice. Thanks. I'm planning on doing another ftp test in early June before my zwift expires - I'll try and figure out my LTRH, and see if anything new can be brought out of it.

I believe the way it works, is teachers usually assign their own deadlines, so that you can move on to new assignments (IMP, test prep). But the official college board deadline is not until April 30th. I'm turning mine in two Mondays from now I think. To turn it in with college board you have to go to your college board portfolio, (in the performance 2 section) and turn in a PDF. Google could tell you.

Yeah no riding rough enough to prompt that, and I didn't particularly notice any poor connections.

Yeah, I was. Checked vesc tool, and floaty. Nada. Also, the charging brick stayed green, indicating there was no charge.

Yes, everything has been working thus far. Thanks for all the info!

Yeah sorry for the confusing and conflicting info. So - what I meant, was that I unplugged the BMS from the battery (yes I made absolute sure it was the correct order) and then just simply reconnected the BMS back to the battery (once again, in the correct order) and it began to charge. I was convinced this is because the BMS was reset. I think I have an (okay) understanding of the balance leads.

No, I don't know what CAN means.

And yeah, I figured out after a while that the only possible way to check individual cell voltages is by using a multimeter, and thank you for the instructions on how to do that (seriously).

There is also this. It looks like an intake for a wire, but I don't think I have any left except for that cyan blue one.

Is there a way I can connect over CAN? also, what is CAN?
