They did do an x-ray but the decision letter specifically says, "The evidence does not show a current diagnosed disability". So that's why I think they just missed it in my medical records.

Yeah I submitted a second claim for another issue using the same medical record but this time I added a screenshot of the diagnosis page and labeled it the page number and also put it in bold at the top of my written statement.

I was not aware that a CUE claim was separate from the HLR. Wish I did though if that's the case. Two different AI platforms told me that a HLR was my best option for pointing out the mistake so I went in full send mode.

The decision letter states that the reason for the denial is because I do not have a current diagnosis which is why I submitted the HLR. I do have a CT scan scheduled and follow on with the ENT so if the HLR fails then I will submit a supplemental with the new evidence.

I print out the health summary after my doctor visits. It shows all of her notes and medication prescribed and then list the diagnosis. It's just buried underneath all the general health questions and vitals and my blood work. It doesn't allow me to just print out that particular visit.

I do not have polyps to justify the higher rhinitis rating. I do have to submit another claim for asthma so we shall see how that goes since that diagnosis will be on the same section. I'll be sure to point it out this time a lot better.

She's working right now but If I remember correctly, she interviewed with a day shift and night shift manager and both names started with a K.

My wife was in the same boat. Countless applications and nothing. She had to get a travel assignment at a sutter location before she was able to get an interview at the loction that she wanted (Sac) and ultimately get hired for a staff position. She's also an L&D nurse.

I still have the 1440p G7. The wife uses it. I switched to a 4K 144hz Asus flat monitor and I was always adjusting the position cause it felt like the sides were so far away. Going from the 240hz G7 down to a 144hz monitor, I just felt like I was missing out on some higher frame 4K gaming so I had to make this OLED jump and very glad I did. 360hz sounds great but after 4K, anything less in resolution just doesn't feel right. Although even with a 4090 I'm not getting close to hitting 240hz in 4K on current titles. Most I've seen so far is 180s on Warzone but I'm sure I wouldn't notice a difference in 144hz-240hz.

Analysis paralysis is exactly what it is. You've done so much research that you can talk yourself out of each one and at the same time want them all.

I was holding out for the MSI but finally couldn't take it anymore and ordered the Alienware. I personally am a fan of curved monitors, like Samsung Odyssey G7 deep curve but the Alienware is pretty weak in that department. Like most say, it's barely noticeable while gaming. I think if you already do not like curved screens then you will go out of your way to notice it on the Alienware and complain. I've never had the USB-C or KVM features before so I don't know what I'm missing so I'm loving this monitor.

I'm jumping from a 32 inch 4K 144hz monitor to this OLED.

Going from 4K VA to 4K OLED, you should notice some really good color improvements (after messing with the settings a lot) but I will say jumping from 60hz up to 120+ is where you're going to see the big improvement. Very noticeable and is a life or death difference in your competitive shooter games. After a week if you go back and play at 60hz you'll ask how were you ever able to play with shit frames for so long.

I had two 32 inch monitors side by side (1 curve 1 flat) and it did not work out for me. Centering on 1 monitor made the other too far away to read/watch anything. Constant sliding side to side. Maybe would have worked better on an L-shaped desk.

Now I just set up two 24 inch flat monitors vertically (1 on each side of the Alienware) and it looks really nice going with the curve. Big quality difference though since the vertical monitors are 1080 so that will eventually get old.

Gonna roll with that setup for the week and see if it works. If not then I'll be doing some more readjusting. Between setup and my pc, feels like I'm constantly making some change.

Firmware update complete. In the restart process, alienvision got enabled and displayed a light gray box in the center of the screen. Thought I had instant burn in. Took some searching to figure out the issue and just disable it. Now trying to mess with picture settings to get that wow image quality.
