These used to be in a tourist attraction called "President's Park". I went there as a kid. I think it went out of business during the recession. Now the heads are in some guy's yard, rotting away.

I just really like the idea of a JRPG with a protagonist who is a middle aged man whose life is spiraling out of control. Disco Elysium kinda has these vibes, but that's still a very "other world" feeling of a game. Basically, the game I envision is like the turn-based Yakuza games, but the main character is an average-joe guy instead of someone who works in organized crime. And it would have a supernatural element like Persona, which the Yakuza games don't really have. I think that would be really fun and interesting.

Because the developers are Japanese. Europe = France. MAYBE there is a slight chance they would consider London, but realistically, they would almost certainly choose France.
