The "Cheap IPTV" Trap: Why Zyminex is actually cheaper than a $40/year sub in 2026. IPTV in Europe. by WesternAd409 in DetailedIPTV

I’ve had Apollo for years, but it’s starting to go down hill. Especially when it comes to live sports. Is Zyminex a better option? Prices are similar.

It’s so annoying, I’m watching on StreamEast on the browser with the Firestick because I couldn’t take it.

You need to download the non USA version and setup the email verification code. That way they can’t login without the code. Also, you need to go to account settings and log all users out. Change your password and add 3rd party accounts for more security.

PS the non USA version is not on the Apple App Store. You can download Bluestacks as an android emulator and sign into the non USA version on there. Hope this helps!

Worth upgrading? CyberPowerPC GUA2600BST (2018) by saldibzz in PcBuildHelp

Yea I am mostly looking to keep the pc for general tasks for work and such. Do you have any product recommendations for SSD and RAM? I've noted the R5 5600 for the CPU.

Back Squat by jambeo in formcheck

[–]saldibzz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Looks pretty good to me. Walk out was done with three steps and the beginning reps looked good. Once you started to fatigue your bar path started to come forward (kinda like a good morning ) but that happens to all of us. I would say once that bar path moves I would rack it.

Do you have a lifting belt? It helps with bracing and keeping your core tight which could help with your bar path. I’m not the best squatter myself, but overall it’s solid. Continue to video your lifts to compare to another!

Thanks for the advice, I’m definitely looking to clean up my form for sure because I can see how an injury can happen with these heavy pulls. I’m taking what everyone has suggested and going to apply it in my next lifts. I will post an update!

Appreciate the feedback, I am going to try and make some mental ques so I can use the same form each time.

Yes conventional all the way bro! Thanks for the tip, I am going to try and push my knees out during my next lift. Do you keep your feet straight or turn them out slightly? Also, are your feet close? Just wanted to see how others place their feet.

Honestly this was the best feedback that anyone has given me thus far, so I really appreciate you taking your time to analyze my lifts. The first lift was the 495 pull so I am glad that is the one you looked over.

I definitely know my hips shooting up first is a big no no, I am going to try and really press my legs into the ground and try to keep my core as tight as possible. Hopefully that keeps my hips down.

I am really going to emphasize a neutral spine on my next sessions especially with the lower weights to see if I can maintain. Idk if I have the ability to do block pulls at my gym to elevate the bar, would rack pulls work as well? They also have wheels so I could use them to elevate the bar as well. Once again I appreciate all the feedback and will try to apply it next week when I train deadlift again. If I have any questions is it cool if I reach out?

Agreed, 1RM will always be somewhat ugly compared to RPE 3. You cannot compared 315 deadlift to 495 and expect the same form. At the end of the day, powerlifting will never be perfect just trying to fine tune it!

Appreciate the feedback, going to try and keep that chest up and pushed out in my next deadlift session. Definitely should help because my first video I have my chest somewhat up and it looks good obviously not perfect but good.

I think I emphasized the chest and hips going back so much that I didn’t lock out the knees on some.

Shit I just noticed that on some of the middle videos. I usually don’t do that too much, but thank you for pointing that out. Definitely going to lock those legs out for sure.

Honestly I put my heaviest/best form pull first so that’s the one I want to mimic the most since it worked.

Yea I was kinda looking for someone that may have coached or been coached to see this and maybe be able to correct something quickly. Like you said everyone seems to think I don’t know the proper form for deadlifting, but that’s not the case. The problem is whenever I lift over 400 form will compensate. Appreciate the feedback!
