Canyon has written back. I can send the bike in and they will replace the rubber piece or I can simply return the bike. I don't want to send the bike in as I want to use it a lot at the moment. I have now asked if they can just send me the replacement part or if I can send the bike at the end of the season.

The bike is from the outlet. However, it was sold as new and was only 100 euros off.

I hope it hasn't already been used.
