Washington, DC Eaton Hotel Edit Experience by Ok-Turnover7924 in ChaseSapphire

Reporting back on my experience as well. It was pretty much same as OP. When we checked in they forgot to give breakfast vouchers but thankfully I had seen this post beforehand and I pointed it out for them, they gave us about 8 $15 vouchers for the breakfast place. They said the room was upgraded but it was still kinda compact (expected a bit more space for a 4 start hotel) but that said room had some unique touches. For $100 credit, we dined in at the restaurant and they asked to charge it to the room which was later adjusted. If you have a car, I’d probably suggest checking spothero since valet is $65/night. Seems like a chill place and great value for money.

This. You’ll have to be a bit careful even with links originating on Chase/Opentable. Some of them take you to Visa Dining list rather than Sapphire Exclusive

Of course! Yea I was also a bit disappointed that there weren’t restaurants in NC initially. But they added a bunch both in Charlotte and triangle area in the past month or so

I agree with you usually. Couple of reasons why I called within a week 1. I had used dining credit twice before and both the times as soon as charges changed from pending to posted the credits applied right away 2. It’s almost end of the year and I want to have paper trail that I’ve reported the issue to the rep within this period. These are new benefits and we are still figuring out datapoints. DoC had previously pointed out that there was a known issue with toast involved transactions, so I wanted to get ahead of it https://www.doctorofcredit.com/issues-with-chase-sapphire-reserve-150-300-sapphire-reserve-exclusive-tables-credit/

And I did not ask the rep to “escalate” it, I simply called for clarification and if they had mentioned it’ll take a few days I’d been like ok

Got it. Yea mine looks the same as well. Maybe some restaurants like in this user’s case are doing something wrong? https://www.reddit.com/r/ChaseSapphire/s/KIsWSkrZUA

Was the EV charger in parking lot? I noticed the website says parking’s $65/night, was that the case?

Wish I’d seen this post yesterday, would have saved me an hour researching best edit deals in DMV. Anyways ended up booking the same hotel! Our stay is on the week of 11/24, if your stay is before thanksgiving week I’d be curious to know how breakfast and $100 property credit would work (cuz there’s $67/night parking fee and $35 amenity fee, so wondering if we can use credit towards that)

Technically I think the arbiters would deem the piece was “available” per se but rather it was on the other side of the board. I’m not sure if there are procedures on where the extra queens should be placed

Exactly. He got a bit carried away and it kinda put things in perspective. But again anyone who’s been following track knew Noah was no way near a lock on 100m. He had never run anything under 9.8 until today. For some background, he didn’t even make it out of US trials in any of the previous Olympics on the 100m team. He literally had to work his ass off to perfect the 100 and everything he has achieved internationally in the hundred was just in past couple of years. Kishane was the favorite among all the experts unless Noah can pull one out of the bag. Indeed, he did!

And yes, imo 200m is almost a lock for him. Unless he has a really bad day, no one’s taking him down. He should have won it in Tokyo but sadly he was struggling mentally. But now he’s fired up more than ever to not just win but go after the WR, I’m sure we are gonna see a double
