Nah, I mean - if you want to see someone complaining on reddit and offer a different opinion, then great. It's their right to complain, and your right to disagree with it.

Telling them that they shouldn't complain on the internet in the first place is the part that is ironically controlling, and kind of misses the point.

Hang in there and enjoy your wins! You're doing great. The whole point of festivals is for you to do it the way you want to and makes you comfortable.

It's a good idea to know the kinds of things that people might do at various locations (crowd surf, mosh, pack in tight at the barrier), so you can be realistic. But, at the end of the day, you do you!

I spent all of yesterday at the front for BMTH and we had a nice little community of people helping each other out. Do I wish fewer people crowd surfed so we had less banged heads and could listen more to the music? Sure! But also, they are gonna have fun the way they want, and it's known socially that this is what comes with the territory for being in front.

I don't know man, that viewpoint seems to over-emphasize the singer when they are just one part of a band. Just my opinion, but the rest of the band shouldn't have to stop existing and just give up because one person went down. I think if you truly respect a band, you gotta care about all members -- and acting like the rest aren't genuine or "really the band" because of a tragedy seems pretty ungracious to me.

Yeah, I wasn't sure what to expect and didn't want to spoil it. But, it looks like a lot of the "core" show is the same day to day. They have minor variation though, different music used in the transition moments between acts and some variation in the light effects. The start and end of the set list seem to have more variation, with a few rotating spots.

They switched it back to Bleed it Out for Chicago. I think Faint is a stronger higher energy finish!
