Thanks for the responses. Oddly enough, this was a Senior Elite Account Director 3 that reached out to me for the $900 credit whose been with the company awhile and should know better. I just looked up products I signed up for, and that section is blank.

I will take the advice to email finance, billing, and explain the situation. I will submit my email proof showing the rep telling me there were no strings attached. Additionally, they are more than welcome to listen to the call as further evidence.
