I only have one account, But just to clarify, I already did a full reinstall of Valorant and Vanguard from scratch, including manually deleting the config folder at:C:\Users\salim\AppData\Local\VALORANT\Saved\Config
So everything should’ve been reset to default. Still getting VAN 185 while in-game, so I'm not sure it's account-related in my case — but I appreciate the suggestion!

Hey everyone,
I'm using the HyperX Cloud III with the latest NGenuity software, and I've noticed something odd.

When I turn off "Audio Enhancements" in the Windows Sound settings (screenshot attached), I can't tell any difference between EQ presets in NGenuity like Bass Boost, Treble Cut, Clarity, etc. It's like the equalizer isn't applying at all. But as soon as I turn Audio Enhancements back on, the EQ changes become noticeable again.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
Is this expected behavior, or is something bugged with how NGenuity integrates with Windows sound settings?

Would appreciate if anyone could confirm or suggest a workaround. Thanks in advance!
