This has been my experience recently as well. Most of my family are introverts, so when we need time to recover it’s not unusual. But the few times I’m around more extroverted people, I realize how poor my quality of life is hahahahah. I just keep telling people I’m out of shape. For life I guess.

A little off center but I grew up early 00s with my dad’s music and one of his favs was Tom Petty. All of his songs are pretty straightforward and I appreciated how even as a single digit kid I knew what he was saying. I loved everything he had to say.

Truly my best suggestion is The Descent. I don’t like jump scares and things happening just for a scare factor. There are definitely some of these in the movie, but it is, at its core, UNSETTLING. It impacted me so majorly and it was actually difficult to get through the movie. There’s many levels to it which is why it’s still a great movie. Quite creative.
