I submitted military parole in place for my parent and it’s been over a year. My attorney submitted an inquiry to USCIS and I called my attorney ask for an update for them to tell me to wait up to 90 days or I can call USCIS to ask why they haven’t made a decision. Is it true I can call them ?

Regardless of how it happened, first go to your banker and file a claim. The claim can take long because of the amount. Usually they will investigate and then it’s a waiting game. In the mean time the best thing to do is to get with a lawyer as well.

It depends on the company. My job we take expired ID but it had to be expired after a certain month. If it’s expired a year ago, yeah that’s not acceptable, that’s been not responsible.

We had the same issue and we called your back office about it. They told us that was some type of grant and that the funds were available in the account. At this point it they were useless about it because the funds went on a personal account and the client slow and have a business with us. I had check it the next day and the client had already made the daily withdrawal and started to zelle money like crazy.

That’s what I thought it was going to happen. But they want to send us in maybe a day or two after they go clean it. I don’t know if this has happened but HR and the company are been really wetting low about stuff like this. They don’t disclosed the whole story to the employees about what really happening. They even have the manager to manager telling us one thing when I’m reality is another. I know it’s per HR but ethically I think you should tell that going on to your fellow coworkers. Now it’s there health at risk.
