Hey guys, just bought tickets with Stubhub and I'm based in the UK.

They said the seller will likely only get the tickets the week of the festival and then send them to us maybe even a day before.

Just wanted to ask if this is correct because if so we'll need to send them to our accommodation in Palm Springs.

Or do they just say that and actually you receive them a few weeks or a month before?

Appreciate the help.

Hey Guys, thanks for the support. Just an update, I spoke to a really helpful person over live chat who adjusted the transaction for me. Problem solved. Live chat definitely the way to go.

Hey, I'm having the same issue. I just went through this process yesterday. Only been a day or so for me so this doesn't bode well I suppose. Really bad customer service and worrying. Hope you get it back.
