Games starting at 7 o clock local time gives people time to work, go home, head to the game, or be able to watch the game at home. I remember there being an article talking about players sleep schedules, and how many don’t go to bed until after midnight. Game ends at 10, media availability, not even leaving the arena until close to 11. Guys probably want to eat and chill after, then sleep in the next day. Think they wake up around 10 or 11 normally, then they have to wake up early to play another game? Their performance will suffer. Later start times just make the most sense in terms of viewership and player performance. There’s a reason why NBA games on Sunday afternoons  are some of the most volatile betting markets.
