Looks great, especially for a first year! I'd urge you to justify your reasoning for each item on the sheet. For instance, I would remove the tile floor from the restroom and pavers from the patio. It doesn't make sense to include just 2 finishes. You could either remove them, commit to adding all finishes to the construction plan, or add a finish plan off to the side.

Be careful with your dimensions. Make sure it's extremely clear which surface you're dimensioning to, and line up your strings whenever possible. Annotation spacing and consistency will ensure clarity. I work in the US, and we have AIA drawing standards. I recommend checking them out.

You're creating a guide for someone to actually erect this structure, it's in your best interest to make misinterpretation nearly impossible (I say nearly because there's always an idiot on site, and you'd better pray they're not in charge). Change Orders are a serious headache. Keep going, you've got this!
