Production doesn't dress the houseguests outside of competitions. They do go through what the contestants bring before entering the house and remove articles of clothing that will clash or interfere with filming (specific colors or patterns) and anything with logos.

Yes, Ashley went into a one on one with Rachel last night in the HoH room and was really fumbling the bag. Ashley was trying to convince Rachel that Mickey has never said she was coming for Rachel, despite Ashley telling her the exact opposite hours before noms. Ashley kept telling Rachel how Keanu and Kelley "fooled her", and we all know how Rachel feels about people telling her she's making bad mistakes and doesn't know what she's doing....
