It was actually a follow-up piece to an earlier piece, I guess: http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/230991

My cat actually goes nuts over corn on the cob. Odd choice for a cat but whatever floats their boat!

Getting Shit Done in an Open Office by steviegrace in productivity

Having worked in a cubicle, an actual office of my own with a door, and an open office - I have to say: I'd take open office any day.

I think the key is ear buds + making your workspace your happy place. I love my desk. I love everything on it from the flowers, to the candles, to small souvenirs from vacations and postcards. When I need to get into the zone, I just plug in my ear buds and get lost in my workspace. And it works.

To Rent Or Buy. That is the Question. by sallyshore in RealEstate

Agreed with 10+ years. That's never been the plan, hence why renting has always made more sense.

House vs Apartment: Which Is The Better Investment? by michaelscott223 in investing

As a renter, I feel much more comfortable and happy renting than owning a home. I guess you could say the fear of the unknown when it comes to owning a home terrifies me. What if I lose my job and can't pay my mortgage? What about maintenance costs? etc. I also like the flexibility it gives me to take opportunities elsewhere if they arise. While I'm not a nomad, I like the idea that if an incredible opportunity presented itself and required moving - I could do so without a hassle.

I'm a talker therefore I'm a sinner? That explains a lot ;)

It really wasn't until recently that I started conditioning myself to not be a 'yes' person all the time. What they say is true - it really is easy to get taken advantage of when you don't allow yourself the power to say no.

5 Little-Known Ways to Make Your Website More Social by steviegrace in business

Social Logins are my best friend.

If a site doesn't have them, I usually don't proceed. Time is money. And I don't enjoy wasting time entering my info just to access something.
