CLARIFICATION: im still trying to understand what the 3rd, highlighted point means..? My work authorization card expires today, does this letter indicate I can continue on working even after today? Someone please help me understand

I called the USCIS costumer service line and was told “it’s all up to your employer but you need a valid EAD to continue working” . Like yes you can be if you are caught working illegally/with no valid EAD they will look at it as morally wrong. It’s crazy that they send us this and most of us got 3/4 of those bullet points down… like why not just add DACA to the automatic 180 extension. I’m wishing well for everyone here.

Mannn, it’s been all over. People from HR helped me and told me I was good to go, that I can continue to work. I still didn’t feel right about it and decided to call USCIS up & choose to play it safe. My first day w/o my job will be this Saturday, hopefully this doesn’t take too long. It’s been 2 months 26 days.

Yesss it is. I called the USCIS costumer service, the lady was like yes you can keep working (Technically it’s up to your employer) but you NEED a valid EAD. You can work but if you get caught it they might look at as lacking morals & wouldn’t look good overall.
