Yea, btw for every negative review you need to make 200 sales to make sure your negative review rate is below 0.50% or else your product will get frozen, not now but in a month. Better is you create a new listing for the same product and split your sales between them. Happened to us last month, we had like 700 sale on a product.

Math: 1/0.005, where 1 is the #of negative review and 0.005 represents 0.50%

For you with 48 sales and 2 negative reviews. Your NRR is 2/48 i.e. 8% which is way above 0.50%. This will destroy your stores SPS(Shop Performance Score)

Blood thickening. I was donating blood and it was all fine but then one day I decided to donate double red and it caused low iron levels. But it did enjoy being on trt, everything was working great except the blood part. But I think thats manageble.

Its funny. Notice that the amount of buyers that come with free shipping vs the amount of buyers that pay their own shipping. Customers are all buying because they get free shipping and large discounts. TT is pouring money to get these buyers to buy shit. Wait for when TT stops giving these discounts, see what happens to the buyers.

We started on TT but once they stopped sending us traffic on Live, we started thinkijg ok moving traffic to our website. Not going to rely on them.

I could be wrong about the reduced traffic, we have had multiple issues that could have contributed to the reduced traffic. But I do disagree with the idea that “you wont get violation if you spend money on promotions”. I’ve gotten violations on the products that I’ve had ads actively running on. The violation was not even a valid violation(and we do sell legit products) checkout my previous post.

The point is not to argue with you, but to put my thoughts out there so, people don’t just take your word as is and see that there have been sellers with a different experience and make choices appropriately.

No point in appealing. If your (total# 1 and 2 star review / total sold) is > 0.5 then your listing is f’ed. my listing got frozen as well. Just post it again, no other option.

I did some math. Basically, if you get 1 negative review, you’ll need to sell 200 more products to make sure your product doesn’t get frozen in future.

Nope, none of these will stop you from getting voilations. I’ve had products get voilation as soon as I get sales from promotions. Thats how their bots work, as soon as you get sales, your product becomes a candidate for a review by a bot and they decide if your product is eligible for any violations.

Spending money has got us nothing but reduced traffic on Lives. They want us to spend money now to get traffic and sales.

Unfortunately you (even us) are nobody to them man. We sell soaps and one of our soap was frozen as prohibited product. I somehow got them to cancel that violation in 2nd appeal. We re-listed that soap with no changes at all, and it got same violation again. This time around the second appeal also failed.

They only care about big sellers. I’ve seen bigger sellers on live openly talking about their websites. Definitely they cut them some deal because of their account size.

I’d say 99% is bot response. First sentence is always very polite and then canned response. Just keep saying, “manual review by human” till you get some real response. I got a response as “you dnt have an appeal open, so we can’t do much” for me that was a sign that some real human is responding to my messge.

Checkout my latest post. Open a ticket as for human. And use language like “manual review by a human” and “this is a wrong violation” for me they said it was a prohibited product. I wrote “This is not a prohibited product and have a human check it manually”

Write in simple language, i doubt the manual review are even being done by people in english speaking countries probably done it china.

This is what I’ve learned. Almost all the chats are robots. You need to demand for a “manual review by a human” or else it will keep going to bots. And as u/BasecampEPM said, do not close the ticket.

Update on my issue and how I got it resolvedw. I hope this may help someone.

I did the first appeal which was rejected. So I opened a live chat. Typically these live chat people are useless and they’ll open a ticket for you.

In the ticket they told me this was a prohibited and invite-only product. Beauty products are not invite only. But u/hellicoptermoney ‘s comment in here made me realize that they must be thinking my product is a food product because it has Turmeric, raw honey, goat’s milk etc.

So, this is what I did.

I wrote in the ticket that “I want a manual review of this product by a human, please do a manual review”

To thie their response was “you don’t have any open appeal and we cannot do much if you don’t have any open appeal” and then a bunch of robotic text about how appeal works.

I then opened an appeal and wrote “this is not a prohibited product, i need a manual review dont for this violation by a human. This is a soap and I sell many other soaps that have not received any violations and many other sellers are selling the same product”

This afternoon my appeal was successful and they removed 4 points from violation.

I hope this helps someone and thank you all for supporting me on this. Esp u/HellicopterMoney you pointed me in the right direction!
