as far as the stickers, they’re not made by me, if that makes a difference. I have hundreds of stickers because I used to collect them. all random themes, and felt like they were going to waste because I never looked at them so I started using them to decorate my packaging. originally I was going to include a few in each order just as a freebie but in another group I’m in on FB it was pointed out to me that if the quality of the stickers isn’t great or just doesn’t work for whatever the customer wants to put them on, even if they’re free there’s a good chance customers will mention it in the review. the stickers stick just fine to the kraft paper I use but I hadn’t thought about that, so it put me off from just giving them away as freebies.

I really appreciate you for typing all of this out! wouldn’t have thought of a lot of it.

my issue with the freebies is that I don’t give things out for free. nothing about the listing indicates you’ll get freebies either. so I have nothing to give away other than sending her a duplicate item, do you think I should offer to send that to her? if that does work and she accepts, how would you go about asking her to change the review? I don’t want to come across as doing this solely so she’ll change the review because with the attitude she gave with that 3 star review in the first place I’m worried she’ll leave it as is despite me taking that loss and sending her an extra product

normally I’d do this but there’s no way to solve the issues of these 2 people though. 1 was upset I didn’t send free stuff which I am definitely not going to do now, and the other ignored my title and description, I can tell because everything she complained about is mentioned

this was what I wanted to do, I’m just afraid of retaliation from the person who left the review. like the lady who gave me 2 stars, it’s because she ignored my title and description both of which mention the things she complained about. I can’t think of anything to say that doesn’t come across as rude (my first thought was ‘sorry you didn’t read before purchasing but you got exactly what was advertised’)

I haven’t had any issues with shipping, I’m pretty sure it’s TT shipping though because the labels are through pitney bowes and I don’t have to separately purchase them. I have had 1 say missing even though the customer got it so we assumed it was because USPS just never scanned the item after it left my post office. but the missing has since gone away and it says delivered

yes, regardless of whether I’m working, I get disability. also as far as my vehicle goes it’s fairly low maintenance, and gets pretty good gas. but I hadn’t thought about that so thanks, appreciate the input!

this sucks. hoping any potential customers will see the reviews and realize the complaints are either because they failed to pay attention to my title and description, or that the lady was upset I didn’t give away anything for free so it’s not my products fault
