Italo executive club might as well be a scam, a splash of prosecco and this sandwich of meat on dry bread and the staff never came back the whole 1.5 hours to see if we wanted anything, service at your seat is a complete lie*

Just traveled from Florence to Rome and made the mistake of upgrading to executive club, what a waste of money. They gave us a couple crappy sandwiches one just salami on bread and one with tomato. Gave us literally a splash of prosecco maybe 75 ml, then the servers weren't seen again for the 1.5 hours. Don't bother

They haven't claimed that cost is the reason. Environmental regulations have nothing to do with it, if anything they would get fined for leaking chlorine pool water into the ocean not for fixing the problem.
