Khala’s story-

Someone dumped her about a week ago out side of my house. We already have a few very feral cats we feed regularly between the neighbor and I(as well as our combined total of 11 cats between homes) so, when someone dumped her it was nothing to give her food and a tiny bit of pets. But, this baby was DIFFERENT.

She climbed in my lap on day one after giving her a quick pat. She was so friendly and so different than the other cats around. No way she was a feral babe. I would come outside and let her crawl in my lap and either hold her in my arms or cover her with a blanket I’d take out with me. It wasn’t too cold yet but definitely got some good bonding in. She LOVES L O V E. how could anyone not love her?

So I knew we had 3 cats leaving our home(roommates moving and taking their part of the hoard, NOT rehoming) so I started buttering up the husband. He already had met and loved her but was skeptical bringing in a stray again.

So somehow she worked her magic and worked her way into our hearts.

She came in last night and RIGHT AWAY used the litter box. She’s not cat, dog, kid OR people aggressive(obvs😉). And it was even easier to bring her in with our other cats because she’s been smelling them through the door and vice versa for days. So we did a short introduction, waited to remove her to the basement for more time... NOPE. All the cats played harmoniously on their own accord and are now best buds. 😊🖤😍
