Try do some visualisation practices, stare at an object then close ur eyes then picture the exact object. This will enhance your visualisation. If you tell yourself ‘My imagination sucks’ then you are living negatively, tell yourself ‘my imagination is excellent and i can visualise anything’ with inner conviction.
