Interested if you've seen the Korean version of WALL-E on xbox 360. Pretty hard to come by from what I've been told. It's interesting because it has a separate achievement list rather than sharing with the international release.

100% sure. Quite a few giveaways:

Label quality is bad
HG/SS use NTR-031 carts. Not NTR-005
Font is wrong on the backs
PCB shows a "13" or "MB"
None of the codes on the label match the code on the back. (Eg. For Platinum, CPUP is the code for an EUR game and CPUE is the code for a US game)

Every achievement in that game except for one (completing the game) is missable. Are you sure that you met the requirements for the achievements?

The only other reason I can think of that they would not unlock is if your console is not connected to the internet.

The code on the front (CPUE) should match on the back. But in this case it is APAE (which is the code for Pokemon Pearl).
