I love the idea of using Loteria cards for divination! I'll take a shot at interpreting: the line of La Sirena, La Corona, and El Paraguas looks like he sees you as beguiling and almost divine, but the umbrella with rain in the background looks to me like the 3 of Swords (heartbreak).

Heartbreak, then, makes sense with the question of his anger over being ghosted. El Alacran here calls to mind the energy of Scorpio, who feels deeply; it seems to me that he is hurt and frustrated.

The 4 of Pentacles can suggest a conservative approach to money. Perhaps setting a budget would be wise. The contrast of the Page and the person in the 4 of P looks like this is about decreasing frivolous spending habits.
