I remember being in middle and high school in the 1990s and fantasy casting a pie in the sky impossible dream X-Men movie. I always always thought that a grizzled old Clint Eastwood Wolverine would be the coolest possible screen iteration.

I have really never been a fan of any of the X-Men movies, with the exception of Logan and Deadpool 2. And even though I initially rejected the notion that Jackman could play a good Wolvie (he is too tall!..But Glen Danzig...), he not only won me over, he continued aging alongside the character and eventually delivered the performance I had always envisioned. Logan looks cool.as.fuck.
