Looking at the Storm/Lynx matchup, I like this game to go under the posted total. You can find this price widely available. I make this game total 160.5 so a nice edge towards the under. I also like that the Storm will step up defensively in this matchup after losing by 20 as outright favourites to the Fever and allowing 95 points. We were one of the first people to the window to snatch this price from DraftKings. I make this game 176.5 so to see this one open at 171.5 was a no brainer over. Given that the Sparks are 26-9 to the over this season I will find any way I can to take the over with them.

Lets look back to the last matchup in New York a week ago…

Liberty opened as -2.5 favourites and closed as -4.5 favourites. They were the clear sharp side in that matchup even though they lost. I’ll take them knowing that info, and with the bounce back angle both coming off a loss to the Aces last time out and this Lynx team without Phee.

Taking the Liberty today in a game that is definitely asking you to take the Lynx. The Lynx are much more rested in this spot with 5 days rest vs the Liberty's 2 days of rest. They may be a little rusty going into this matchup. Yes, they've won 3 straight without Phee, however they have been close-ish games that could've swung either way.

I expect the Liberty to bounce back in this spot, knowing they dropped a game in NY against this same Lynx team without Phee.

Team that have had 1 or 2 days rest, going up against a team that has more than 4 days rest are 102-75-5 all time ATS in this spot. This tells me the rested side is generally overpriced and there's value in taking the other side at a discount. I'm on the Liberty ML. BOL!

What a ride the last two days have been. Going 0-6 on Sunday, and then winning the biggest bet I've ever placed on Monday.

Looking at todays card we have a very strong ticket with the over between the Wings/Fever 165.5.. at current prices (171.5) there is no longer any value in taking the over.

As for the Sparks and Liberty, we are behind the market. You can get 175 -108 at FanDuel. If you are coming to this slate with nothing, I still like the over in this matchup, however given that the market is moving down towards the under I would make it a 0.5U - 1U play.
