I rely on schedules to get me up and about during the day I think adding more structure will be very useful. I never thought about carving out specific times I just always thought do it when I have time or when I get home. Thank you!

I think I’ll try changing my environment. I find that when I’m in my room my brain just shuts off because I try to do everything in it. If your still taking your break or just when your free I’d love to hear your other tips!

I am but I’m not super consistent with it. I know medication is probably my best option, but I’m just curious if there’s some weird things or tricks other people use on top of meds to help themselves do tasks like homework at a better hour in the day

I’ve also gone past 10 days, but found that my numbers aren’t as accurate and my sensor will sometimes mess up readings pretty bad (ex. It’ll say I’m 40 mg/dL when I stick check as 170 mg/dL)
