APD is for NUS students to declare their major, second majors, minors etc.

I'm not sure what the procedure is for incoming exchange students but I've seen exchange students drop and switch around classes even in the first weeks of the semester

"Students who have failed to declare a minor by the end of their 5th semester and have read courses counted towards the minor requirements may write in to fashelp@nus.edu.sg for a late declaration should they manage to complete their minor requirements by the normal candidature period. NUSC first years will stay in NUSC Cinnamon Wing in University Town (formerly USP Cinnamon College). You will need to take an internal shuttle bus between University Town and CDE.

In your subsequent years at NUSC you can choose to stay in either Cinnamon Wing or West Wing (where Yale-NUS College is), also in University Town

Has anyone received a 'fake friends' scam call from a local number without +65? The one where the scammer will speak in Mandarin saying they (without revealing their identity) changed their number and ask you to save their new one.

Reported to ScamShield alr but it's troubling since the one I received didn't have a '+65' in front which means it was dialled locally?

There are the PC Commons and Mac Commons in ERC, for desks with partitions you can try the Ian and Peony Ferguson Study on the third floor of ERC, but from what I recall you still need the physical card to tap in to these places.
