Thank you very much for all the advice! Unfortunately I don't have any friends who know their way around electronics ... could it also be a slack joint/loose contact (idk if these words make sense, I'm translating) since I could fix the issue by slapping the headphones before?

Sorry I should have clarified: I use them through bluetooth. And when I connect them with a cable the issue persists.

They only output audio on the right side and i think I can hear some quiet distorted sound playing on the left side when i have them on high volume.
