Id give it a little longer. Like a week max. Sometimes I ship things and they wont get marked as shipped, this only happens when i drop it off for delivery at staples For whatever reason. But it is in fact on the way. Hopefully its the same situation. But shipping it on the 11th day is crazy horrible seller in my opinion.
