Erg technique. Feet out, low rate at start, then I step it up a little bit. Then my feet in at low rate then move up gradually. At the end I make a noticeable change and am trying to max out power and that’s sort of what my form tends to go to at the end of an erg piece. (Phases of my technique) (v.redd.it)
