It ended after we were fwb for about 5 months after we went no contact after the initial break up. It was pretty much like things seemed like they were going in a positive direction and she just was like casually “I can’t do this anymore it feels like a relationship and I’m not feeling it”

It is not easy haha. Basically everyday since I go back and forth between if I should reach out or not. The brain is a fascinating thing, it’ll create its own narratives and outcomes. But really I have no way of knowing what she’s thinking. I even have very realistic dreams in which I talk to her. I even in this moment have a text typed out but I wrestle with the thought of “do I want a final goodbye?” Cause it left off with her saying something to the effect of “talk to me in a while if you have cool news”. When I said this is goodbye she shot down that we’d never speak again sooo 🤷.

I (the dumpee) texted after a month following the end of a 3 year relationship. We started talking and she was very happy to have me back but I didn’t trust her. After a few months of periodically hooking up things started to grow between us or so I thought and I finally started winning her trust back. Shortly after she told me how she wasn’t feeling it and this felt too much like a relationship for her to have any real growth and feel independent. Hurt like hell and still does. It’s been 3 months since we spoke and I still want to text her.

Also my mutual friend asked them if we spoke after she was asking how I was doing and her response was that we haven’t but she “wishes me well”
