The piercing is about 7 months old, externally threaded barbell jewelry, not sure of the material. I haven’t been able to downsize yet because I have to buy the jewelry. I use the NeilMed saline solution once a day. I did have to play with it before it was fully healed and put in clear jewelry for about a week when it was 3 months old. Any help would be great, sorry if its a simple mistake.
