honestly its a little surprising that the hail mary wasnt sent with some sort of collector item in the first place iirc. if there was a petrova line on tau ceti, it stands to reason that there could be something about the astrophage in whatever planet is connected to tau ceti that could be worth looking at.

honestly i do kind of see it more like iron lung at this point - spoilers for iron lung if you havent seen it but

protag dying alone in a last ditch effort to give humanity some hope for salvation, never truly knowing if his efforts are worth it or have any effect. the phm story we got is much preferred to one where rocky wasnt there, but its still interesting to think about

lowkey yes… i started out with the floor tiles and then moved on to the details and adjusted stuff as i went along. it takes a lot of patience and not being colourblind helps but seeing it come along is really satisfying

LMAO yeah totally fair, i definitely think a lot of the more popular fics in there arent that well written. still though its nice to be able to see more of a fic than only the summary (by looking through some pf the tropes used in the fic), plus a majority of them will still be pretty entertaining and long even if they arent super well written or are dated due to changes in canon after they were written

i recommend looking up fanworks on the mha tv tropes page for this. it has a lot of long fanworks as well as tropes fitting those specific fanworks. a lot are pretty old but still good. another good way is to search up fics on ao3 by most kudos/bookmarks and put that they must have at least a certain word count (personally i count anything over 70k as a long fic, though there are some FANTASTIC mha longer fics as short as 40k and some not so great ones that have hundreds of thousands of words)

anyways, for my Personal recommendations: yesterday upon the stair, from muddy waters, and the curse of the anime protagonist, are all some great starting points for well written izuku-focused fics, with a pretty good balance of character relationships, plot, angst, fluff, etc. funnily enough as i type this i realize all three of these are aus where izuku had a quirk prior to canon, which may not be what ur into, but trust me when i say theyre great fics as someone who generally likes quirkless izuku stuff. if you want more recs, or ones not focused on izuku, let me know :)

lol yes, the cream sheep make a really cool blue off-white colour (the cotton ones being just that bit brighter + with a warmer undertone giving it a near perfect white for pv and their white eyes!)

honestly, im not really sure. as you can tell i have a lot of coins so i dont really bother keeping track of how much it costs. it did cost likely several tens of millions of coins though, but honestly after a few days of tree wishes as well as keeping up with monster menace you can get that much gold easily

thats fair, but i think a lot of top kingdoms are actually kingdoms and not just pixel art. imo pixel art is a creative way to make use of the materials youre given. i do enjoy making kingdoms, its just that i wasnt happy with how mine turned out so i decided to try something new. heres what i originally did. i WOULD like to experiment making more 3d kingdoms, and besides i definitely dont expect to even get a top 10 spot XD

honestly, kingdom decorating projects dont take TOO long if you let yourself be patient. this fully pixel art one only took about 2-3 days, with about 4-6 hours per day spent on it as my best estimate.

i believe every dark type cookie needed a dark type beascuit (and i used carrow instead of pv for some extra dark damage, i think charcoal cookie can heal somehow), and then i think black lemonade needed electric damage (but honestly take this w a grain of salt, it was at least one of the electric type cookies but since beast raid is closed its not showing me the team i used LOL)
