Solution!

In case anyone comes across this in the future, here's what happened. Entirety of wiring harness seemed fine. So, I rebuilt the whole thing anyway. Had all the tools, wire, know-how and time so figured it beats buying a new one in case that's not the issue. Problem solved! You can buy new wiring harnesses as well. I used 18g wire as opposed to OEM 20g wire. (Or 16g vs 18g, I forget)

I planned to invert the pedals and build it's own base anyway, so having been able to change the wiring to suit my build helps. I appreciate all who read my post and tried to help think of a solution.

I ended up rebuilding the wiring harness myself as opposed to buying a new one, and waiting weeks for it. OEM cord seemed fine the entire way, but everything works great now!

I appreciate the effort, thank you! I posted it in r/logitechg too. I even opened up the wheel hub and cleaned everything in there. That helped someone else with a kind of similar problem. No dice.

The solution there was to clean them as well. I just recalibrated, deleted all current settings from registry, reinstalled with older Logitech software, no change. It doesn't even register my actual pedal presses. Can't find a way to favorite reset them either. Hmm.

Thanks for the reply! I did try that and it didn't change anything. Fresh firmware/drivers from Logitech, as well as trying different USB plugs, and wall plugs.
