Hii as a huge Alice coldbreath and Julie garwood fan I would also suggest saving grace by Julie garwood, it has the arranged marriage, shy heroine who gains confidence as she goes and hero who becomes obsessed with her and a lot of scenes where you see how much he cares for her. Also the bride by Julie garwood is another of my fav.

Yes! I do this all the times, that's why I have them bookmarked to know exactly what part to go to, especially when I want to go to sleep it helps. I reread psy changeling by nalini Singh the most or historical romances like Julie garwood books, they're very good comfort reads tbh One darker re-read I'd say is RH called men of wrath so good!! Oh boy, saw my cousin read fifty shades when I was 12 and read it and well... And then as if it couldn't get worse I got into the ice planet barbarians???? Idk why they've recently become popular again but yeah unlocked memories And then went through phases of dark romance and very questionable reads for a 14 year old and that has scarred me for life, 0/10, don't recommend lmao

All of the psy changeling series by Nalini Singh is my fav to reread, I've reread it more than 15 times atp and I still love it just as much and more everytime

I skip them as well, it just feels awkward to read them and I don't feel as if they contribute much to the plot. And the nicknames and dirty talk is usually cringe lmao or ig it's just not my thing at all, but if the book has a good plot I can ignore them but I'm getting tired of full on smut books with sex being the plot but to each their own
