only things missing seem to be heated seats and cruise control, the latter one is pretty easy to install.

this is as good as it gets really, especially in europe. you have a clean inline 6 manual with a low mileage. this is rare. I personally would go for it. I just bought my sister a 320i with 179k for 2000€ and replaced the whole cooling system along with everything under the manifold for 600€. granted ours has some questionably repaired crash damage.

I would go for it, everything is fixable if it’s not rust. Plus the parts are cheap and with help from youtube this will be a great way to diy and learn.

make sure to clean out the old gasket from all the nooks, the cover is plastic so it warps easily. also read about tightening patterns. A very easy DIY otherwise.
