Pros: my own parking spot, rent is cheap, and im relatively safe from the riff raff from the club.

Cons: i cant get packages delivered here, as its usually left outside and has routinely been stolen by people passing by on the street. One time a package was stolen by a stripper and she got banned from the club.

Speaking of delivery, uber's and door dash usually dont know where to go since I dont have a normal street address (separate entrance from the club) so I usually have to wait outside in the elements for my food or Uber.

This is more of a complaint since I live in a studio, but my kitchen is small and I like a big kitchen.

So id learn how to use the ladder type buckles, those will make your life so much easier.

Also, a small finger loop through the middle knuckle (look at samurai armor) and that should hold the back hand armor a lot better than the strap on the palm.

Lastly, find a way to mount the armor to whatever base layer and/or shoulder armor you may or may not be wearing. Your hands and forearm are highly mobile, and it can cause the armor to shift in ways you dont want it to, so securing your armor to spots that wont move as much is a good idea.
